Administrative Part-time Position

Overview

Assists in day-to-day operations to provide support to the Director and indirect assistance to other areas of the business as needed.

Hourly pay, part-time position.

Entry Skill Requirements

Display excellent customer service and understand that the client is at the center of everything Delphi does. Must pay attention to detail and exhibit both a willingness to learn and a can-do attitude. Able to adapt to new situations and technology. Be able to take initiative and work productively in a team environment. Commitment to complete tasks and activities by given deadlines. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Work Details

Engage with clients in person or over the phone to provide service and support including, but not limited to: greeting clients, answering phones, taking messages and redirecting questions to the appropriate person, receiving mail, setting appointments, and maintaining schedule for Insurance Director.

Learn and become proficient on the following internal software systems: RedTail, eMoney, as well as various company sites and systems. This will include safe uploading of client data.

Will assist in case follow up for life, disability, long-term care, Medicare, and Non-Medicare health insurance. Duties will also include managing and posting to DIMG’s various social media outlets including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Other tasks and responsibilities may entail assisting with state licensing for all agents of DIMG.

  • Desired work availability is In-Office from 8am to 1pm Mon-Fri (Flexibile)

  • Dress code is business casual.
